These pillows were supposed to be the answer to if not my prayers at least to my problem sleeping deeply and well. No such luck! ( I’ve moved on, still experimenting.) There are two—one totally unused (my wife rejected it out of hand)—the other used just enough to prove it wasn’t the solution. They measure 16” x 24’ x 5’ approximatgely. Medium firmness. There’s a thin side for side-sleepers and a thick side for back sleepers. Pillow slips (white) included.
