It has only 16 color photos of the dishes so that I’m referencing this book much.
However it is an excellent detailed cookbook from America test kitchen based on their cooks illustrated magazines.
Easy pick up from a narrow winding roads behind the hills of C street & Woodland Ave, San Rafael.
