The five sided handmade basket lamp shade is much nicer than it looks in the picture. I love this lampshade and don't want to give it up, but I have no place for a hanging light in my new house. You have to hang the light from a hook in the ceiling. Works great. Comes with a compact fluorescent. Shade is approximately 18" in diameter.
