The chair is a Slouch Task One Black with a grey seat:

It is less than 8 months old.
Perfect condition apart from the fact that the lower seat position adjustment arm fell off.
The chair is still usable, and perhaps a handyman could fix it?
The seat shifts a little forward and back when you sit down or stand up, but remains in place when you are seated.
Giving it away because the Slouch company gave me a free replacement.
Collect from near the Co Op in Chippig Norton.
