Sketching Game - Quick on the Draw (Henleaze Ward BS9)

For 3 or more players, aged 12 to adult. Involves sketching. See photos. Pack contains cards and a dice (die?) but you'll need more paper for sketching on. Score pad, 2 pencils and 60 second timer are missing. No idea where they are. It came from a charity shop so they may have been missing before we got it. Collect from Kellaway/Horfield Common area. Please tell me collection plans when you reply.
