Armchair (Boxmoor, HP1)

Sturdy, wooden framed armchair. I’d view this as a project, since:
(i) it needs a new button sewn on the back to retain the cushion; a repair to the fabric on the seat; re-varnishing of the wood at the arms following the actions of an enthusiastic dog.
(ii) it would benefit from re-upholstering to bring it from 1970 into the modern age.
