If anyone is still using VHS video recorders at all. I have four Maxell 140 cassettes. They are labelled GX 240 SUPER HIGH QUALITY GRADE and still in their original cellophane wrappers, unopened.
The VHS head clearers are a "Scotch" head cleaning tape and a fancier "Memorex" cassette kit with rotating tape that you squirt some cleaning fluid onto. It's isopropyl alcohol, which you can get at a chemist, and I can supply some to go with the kit.
The cleaners worked well when last used
