Chicken house ! (in need of repair) (Mitcham CR4)

Bought this chicken house £300 new 9 years ago. Served us well when we had chickens!

Now available for a new family. In need of some repairs: left roofs. Chick ladder. Coat of wood protection. Otherwise still can work. I reckon DYI repairs could be £50 so a great deal ! Could potentially house other animals maybe rabbits?

N.B. You will need a trailer or similar for collection as can no longer be dismantled.

Max height: 116cm. Max width: 220cm. Max depth: 115cm.

Collection ideally today 31 May.
Alternatively Mondays from 17:30. Tuesdays 10am-7pm. Fridays 10am-7pm. Some weekends.
