Chicken house ! (in need of repair) (Mitcham CR4)
Bought this chicken house £300 new 9 years ago. Served us well when we had chickens! Now available for a new family. In need of some repairs: left roofs. Chick ladder. Coat of wood protection. Otherwise still can work. I reckon DYI repairs could be £50 so a great deal ! Could potentially house other animals maybe rabbits? N.B. You will need a trailer or similar for collection as can no longer be dismantled. Max height: 116cm. Max width: 220cm. Max depth: 115cm. Collection ideally today 31 May. Alternatively Mondays from 17:30. Tuesdays 10am-7pm. Fridays 10am-7pm. Some weekends. Pls confirm a collection date and time!

Bought this medium hard piece of foam BRAND NEW £100 from efoam.co.uk a few months back. As it turns out i didn’t needed for my sofa project 😭 Has been stored in dry condition in garage so few marks and yellowing from light exposure. In good condition with a fabric cover as a sofa back rest for example. Giving away to a good soul. Dimensions 136cm (L) x 64cm (W) x 20cm (T). I will leave it outside in front house, upon confirmation of gifting to you, so you can collect at your convenient time !

FANTASTIC OFFER !! Available for collection today Monday 17 June until 13:45 or between 18:00-20:00, or Thursday 20/06 or Friday 21/06. WHEN IT’S GONE IT’S GONE. I will confirm to the person it is gifted to. Description: Bespoke trapezoid shape wooden desk with loads of storage (6 drawers, 4 sides shelves and 2 hidden added shelves in top drawer for laptops). Upcycled and handmade improvements by me 😅 Only 1.5 year old so sad to have to let this go ! It was a lot of work but husband now wants something different in that space and we have nowhere else for it. The top of the desk is solid pine wood and optimise space following the typical bay window shape of UK houses. Please see photo sketch for measurements. Currently dismantled (desk-top separate from drawers support) fairly easily transportable (fit a family car boot) and not hard to assemble. In good condition, two drawers need a little adjustment. A fantastic deal … £175 materials to make this! Perfect for home working or kids homework, and look stunning. Maximise space, you can’t find this on the market !
