Almost full bag of tile mortar (Ballard)

Almost full bag of Mapei brand Keraflex SG tile mortar in white. We had to use very little of this bag to finish a project - there are about 40 pounds left out of 44. Was opened about week ago, top rolled closed and taped shut, and the whole thing wrapped in a black garbage bag to keep it dry. Porch pickup.
