Bottle Stopper (Haywards Heath RH16)

Fancy bottle stopper, quite heavy (for a small item!)
The green section is glass and the rest, apart from the cork (which is made of cork😆) is made of an unknown, unknown to me anyway, silvery colour metal. The pen is just to indicate size.
