Plastic wheeled case (Kennington OX1)

I'm not sure how to describe this... it's a plastic case, a D-profile shape, made from hard plastic but quite thin, it has handles at the end and side plus a carrying strap, fastens with a quick-release buckle, and has wheels at one end.

Found this case in the back of a shed when having a clear-out. I think it might once have been used to transport display materials - posters etc. A bit stained on the outside but inside is clean and all is in good condition.

Dimensions - Length: 85 cm, Diameter 31 cm.
