This is an antique Radio (?) that my neighbor is clearing out from the family’s very old possessions. I have no idea except finding a similar looking item online. Not sure if some parts are gutted (no longer functioning).
See photos if you or some near by would be interested in repurposing parts of the old radio. Will add more photos of the back later as I think there weren’t anything inside.
