Youngman deluxe stairway loft ladder
I bought this used when we moved here 14 yrs ago because it was the same as we had had in our previous house.
Finally got the loft hatch moved and even in the new position we didn't have the height/reach for this style of ladder.
It has the legs for fixing into the loft and the handrails. You will need your own screws to fix it in place. I don't seem to have the pull rod or the loft catch.
It has been in the garage for 14 yrs but has been outside for about 4 weeks. I think it is aluminium but not absolutely sure. Not to be used without being fixed in place.
Note it is over 2 metres in length, this video shows how it is to be installed.
