Two small (A5 ?) folders with inserts.. They were originally for discs I assume but the plastic wallet inserts are just a bit less than A5 size. It looks like 20-30 inserts in each. Both folders have a box to keep them upright on a desk. Collection from Billing Road East

Heavy concrete table and benches. Hole down centre of table for umbrella 🏖️ or light. One side of base has cracked but has been like that for many years. Moved last year to allow regrouting of patio and has been stuck in the corner since . Some damage to edge of table. Family have put it together for photos but I think lion bases of bench are the wrong way round. It is at the back of the house so would need to be taken down a side passage to get to a vehicle. About 12-14 metres. Table top comes off and bench tops come off too. I am unable to help with moving. Collection only Billing Road East.

Sewing machine cabinet with lift. 50s/60s era I believe. See photos for condition but is in working order. A section in the top is lifted and slid inside. Then the platform with the machine can be raised by pulling a lever to move the mechanism out of a slot. The platform can be raised fully to the top of the cabinet or a few inches short so the machine bed is level with the top of the cabinet. It has four drawers on the left hand side. I have had to rearrange my sewing area due to a shoulder injury and so this has to go. As does my big cabinet which I will be selling. Please note NO sewing machine or other bits and bobs that may be visible in photos are included. Cabinet only. Collection only. Billing road East. Viewing is possible.

Snowing Christmas tree 🎄 95cm wide by 140cm tall. Has a red & white upside down umbrella in which the polystyrene tiny beads sit. They then get drawn up the tree and create the snow. Has a set of lights that plug into the base. Can also be set to play music. Red and gold baubles (couple missing) and tree topper are included. Has a continental 2 pin plug but adapter included. I would say this is not suitable for toddlers and very young children. Please note we do have dogs & so I cannot guarantee no hairs. Collection from Billing Road East area. I will wait a few days before making my decision.

Dismantled shed - should go back together on. Needs new roof felt and a bit of tlc. Some stain & new hinges for one of the doors included. Note I cannot help with moving it. It was approx 10ft x 5ft with double opening doors on one of the short ends. I am okay with someone coming to check before deciding fully. Pictures show in situ & dismantled. Billing road east area.

Two black recliner chairs with massage function, can recline without being plugged in. Chairs came from Hungary when my mum came back so they have European plugs. About 10yrs old. the massage function is working on both chairs. See photos of remotes. They only need to be plugged in if you want to use the massage function. Both chairs have some wear on the arms. They are a poly.... something or other, not leather. We have covered it with duck tape. Please see photos. We have been gifted rise & recline chairs, hence why these are available. You are welcome to come and have a look at them first. Collection ASAP from Billing Road East, Northampton. I do not have space to store them for long but can wait a few days if transport has to be arranged.

2 black plastic tool cases, both fasten - NO tools. Bit paint spattered. No. 1 - had a rolson drill but that's long gone No. 2 - says ram hardworking tools on it. Looks like it had screwdrivers or chisels once upon a time. I tried to melt the inside plastic a little to see if I could get rid of the forming but I don't think my hair dryer was hot enough.
