Rolling locking file box (Petworth/ Park View)

- Vaultz brand
- Has combination locks (same code on each one)- code cannot be changed.
- Has telescoping handle for rolling, two side handles for lifting.
- Not terribly sturdy but strong enough to deflect a casual thief.
- Has internal railings to hold hanging files, either legal or letter size.
- Wear and tear: plenty of small scratches, a few smears of white paint, many tiny spots that might wash off with more focused scrubbing or solvent than I have used (I just went over it with a soapy sponge).
