Desk fan (The Camp AL1)

Needs to be reliable and safe. I survived the heat with a borrowed fan but need one for the next heatwave. May be able to collect on bike using rucksack if small enough, has to be quite local. I'm not competent with complex machines but this should be OK. Might be difficult to collect if it's very hot again quite soon but if left outside I could collect before breakfast perhaps
