I recently bought a couple of packs of this Better Nature Tempeh to marinate and use in stir-fries, but probably won't have time to use this second pack before it's BB Expiry date.
Tempeh is often used in the same ways one might use tofu, but has a much firmer and chewier texture.
It is a fermented soya product, high in calcium and protein, low in fat, and is vegan.
This pack is 200g, and has a Best Before date of July 17th 2026, and needs to be stored in the fridge.
Please only respond if you are familiar with tempeh and its uses, as it may not be to everyone's taste.
