Wallpaper with raised stripes (Hackney E8)

Two rolls of textured wallpaper — NOT self-stick —slightly damaged by long storage in the cellar.
Currently has raised stripes of pale yellow and green, on a creamy background.
Small spots of discolouration (from brick dust, perhaps?) are scattered like freckles across the outside of each roll.
Not sure how far in the 'freckles' go, as the rolls haven't been opened. The rest of the rolls might be fine, or the paper might need to be painted.
The stripes repeat in less than two inches, so matching during application should be pretty easy.
