old camera accessories 7 - cleaner (Spring Hill, Somerville)

This stuff has been in my basement for over 15 years. I don't know exactly what it is.
This appears to be cleaning equipment. There are two brushes, a cloth, a bottle of lens cleaner, and a booklet.
The plastic box is severely broken.
