Hunter ceiling fan with light (sorry I didn't get a picture of the assembled fan) five blades, 20" long, reversible -- white or light wood light takes single bulb, cover 8.5" diameter This fan works but always seemed to be off balance, therefore too noisy to use in a bedroom except on low speed.
