HVAC stuff (Western Dearborn)

I have a new white (paintable) 10" x 8" ceiling/wall register. 2 way air deflection. I also have some kind of flappy thing that must go in a vent/duct and some other thing that must go around a round ductwork. I think my husband was supposed to make another oak register cover for our house, but it never happened.
