This is a DELL machine with plenty of life left in it if you are willing to embrace the Linux operating system rather than Windows. I've included other details in the pictures taken from the machine. It is running the latest version - Fedora Linux 44 which is a new clean install. It already has the Firefox internet browser, Thunderbird for emails, plus sufficient parts of free Open Office to be able to write letters, create spreadsheets etc. The machine does not have a WiFi interface, though you could easily install one if you wish. It would need to be connected directly to your router with an Ethernet cable (included) if you want to give it a try. It has a 500GB hard disk and 4GB memory.
I will probably hang onto the mouse, keyboard and screen as my current ones are quite ancient. If you want to know more about Linux, see fedoraproject.org for additional information.
