ripe plums for jam (LU2 Round Green)

I’ve masses of plums “Early Rivers” . Absolutely luscious, but due to type two diabetes , can’t eat many and I’m not making jam this year.

I’ve so many I will be able to split. I think there’s about four /five pounds of plums altogether. LU20PY.
