I believe that this is intended to add WiFi to a Sky TV box.
However, it seems that it could also be used as an Ethernet connected WiFi adapter for a computer that doesn't have WiFi. You'll need to connect to it from a web browser to set it up and then choose the WiFi network that you want to connect to. Some techie details:

Wireless MAC Address: 18:28:61:62:BE:D7
IP config is set to DHCP.
Default login credentials: username=admin, password=sky
