Epson PictureMate 100 photo printer (Broadstone BH18)

This does print and the cartridges had ink last time I tried it BUT the Magenta cartridge, although replaced, does not print. It seems most likely that there is a blockage in the actual print head mechanism. I have tried the head cleaning process but that doesn't help. This would only be useful to someone with detailed knowledge of Epson printer internals. Actual printer paper is included.
