Flat trolley (note re sacktruck) (B62 near Blackheath)

This only has 2 castors to use as a flat trolley. It should double up as a sack truck by transferring the handle to the other end but for this it’s short of an axel and 4 bolts. I do have the sack plate and missing wheels. Due to the angle of the lower castors It’s not useable as an upright sack truck as it is. .

 If you can make use of it let me know when you aim to collect it from B62 near Blackheath.
