Low seated portable deckchair (B62 near Blackheath)

Could be useful for fishing or festivals, this is a Low deckchair (seat about 10in /26 cm from ground) which is otherwise normal size (about 17 in / 43 cm seat width) and very sturdy to sit on. It has 2 straps to enable it to be carried like a back pack and a small handle to carry it by hand. There is a large pocket on the back with straps for carrying stuff. NB It does need a good clean and as it’s got strong metal legs and wooden arms it is heavier than some other portable chairs. If you can use this please let me know when you can collect from B62 near Blackheath. This is unused and needs assembly but is in need if a good clean due to spending years in the shed. All except the wheels and axels were in an unopened packet so all the fittings should be there. I have opened it to work out what it is. There are no instructions but it’s pretty obvious how to assemble it. There are two front holes on the seat which don’t correspond to anything I can see so there may be something missing. Nb probably for playing indoors as There is nothing for steering or braking and the wheels are plastic. Approx 14 inch (35 cm) high , 17 inch (44 cm ) long excl wheels and 13 in (33 cm) wide excluding wheels. All in black plastic except the axels, struts and fittings are metal. This only has 2 castors to use as a flat trolley. It should double up as a sack truck by transferring the handle to the other end but for this it’s short of an axel and 4 bolts. I do have the sack plate and missing wheels. Due to the angle of the lower castors It’s not useable as an upright sack truck as it is. .
