Tiny crockpot (not working!) (Grayland, WA)

Offering this in the hopes someone might be able to fix and use it, or repurposed it (tiny planter?). This hold about two cups, and it was recently working before it just stopped. Not clear what the problem is.

Plastic lid, non-removable ceramic interior. I'm in Grayland, but willing to make arrangements to meet part-way with you if needed!
