Black & Decker old charger (Davis)

Specifically looking for a cordless tool charger that is compatible with 14.4v battery packs, although the charger might be labeled with a range such as “9.6v - 18v” or “9.6v - 24v” rather than one specific voltage. I’ll also take old batteries that go along with the charger, even if they aren’t working.
