I've got some bypass loppers and shears I no longer need, but there are some issues with them, which will need addressing before they can be used.
With the loppers I think the bolts holding it together just need to be tightened up, as they're a bit loose, the blade is a bit rusty but it still cuts fine, also the locking mechanism which holds the handles together has broken off, which I'm a bit annoyed about but it won't affect their use.
The issue with the shears is that the mechanism on one of the bottoms has come off, making it impossible to lock it into place, so it just slides up and down loosely. I don't know whether this is fixable or not, if it can't be easily fixed then it could possibly be permanently fixed in place, the blades are a bit rusty.
