I've got some extending bypass loppers and shears I no longer need but there are some issues with them which will need addressed before they can be used.
With the loppers I think the bolts holding it together just need to be tightened up as they're a bit loose, the blade is a bit rusty but it still cuts fine also the locking mechanism which holds the handles together has broken off this doesn't affect their use.
The issue with the shears is that the button on the left handle that you press to extend it has come off making it impossible to lock it into place so the extending part just slides up and down loosely, I still have the part so it may be possible to re-attach it.
If it can't be re-attached then the extending mechanism could possibly be permanently fixed in place maybe with a bolt, the blades are also a bit rusty.
