24 inch bicycle wheel-Spence

My 10 year old grandson was a bit to adventurous on his bicycle and damaged the front wheel.
I have tried spoke adjustment without success and having completely dismantled the wheel, I found that the rim is bent beyond repair.

Does anyone have a 24 inch wheel (24 x 1.95) in acceptable condition, or even just a (32 spoke) rim.
If necessary I will take a whole bike if you are wanting to be rid of it.
