Camera for repair, although it still works! (Mickleover DE3)

This is a Fuji Finepix. Under the green rubber band is where the battery and SD CARDS go. Whenever I remove the cover it comes free from something that it shouldn’t come free from! I have tried glueing it back, unsuccessfully, but even with the rubber band in place it still takes pics. Hopefully someone could do a better job than me. The leather case did not come with the camera, it’s just one that I happened to have. The charger, and instruction booklet are still with it and fit into the Virgin Atlantic goody bag.
