CLEAN. In good condition, vacuumed thoroughly, sterilized. Gifted from a neighbor who's cat doesn't climb. Well, neither does my senior cat. A cat cave at the bottom, and 4 perches. 5 feet tall. Big enough to share if you have a few cats.
