White PVC, flashing kit included for slate roof (I think the builders retained all the bits when they removed it). It was removed to make way for solar panels, not because there is anything wrong with it.
The moving window part is 69 cm tall by 49 cm wide. The outer frame is 74 cm tall by 55 cm wide.
The in-situ photo shows a larger window of the same style and colour, so you can see how it looks installed.
