Electrical distribution board items and fused switch box (Orton CA10)
The RCDs here do not meet current standards so should not be used for new installations. They could be useful if you need to replace an RCD or add circuits to an existing board. 'Sold' as seen, although I have no reason to think any of them do not work. Happy to split. Velux window for slate roof (Orton CA10)
White PVC, flashing kit included for slate roof (I think the builders retained all the bits when they removed it). It was removed to make way for solar panels, not because there is anything wrong with it. The moving window part is 69 cm tall by 49 cm wide. The outer frame is 74 cm tall by 55 cm wide. The in-situ photo shows a larger window of the same style and colour, so you can see how it looks installed.

Mini lean-to greenhouse (Orton CA10)

The photo illustrates the type of greenhouse, although the one I'm offering has only two shelves (the third 'shelf' is the ground below the greenhouse). Mine is old, has been mended a couple of times, but with a little TLC (new screws, reinforcing the odd corner) you might get a couple of seasons use out of it. All the polycarbonate panels are present. The woodwork is painted light green on the outside. The two metal corner braces will need replacing, but bits of wood across the corners would do.

Two wooden sheds (Orton CA10)

The two sheds will be demolished within a couple of weeks. The larger shed in the first pic is offered without the windows and door, for reuse or just for the wood. Note it has a concrete floor, so no base is included. The green shed (8' x 10') is complete including base, although a couple of panes of glass are cracked. Wood is in pretty good condition (green paint is tatty, but the wood beneath is not rotting). We'd need help dismantling them, whether you want just the wood or the whole building.

5 planks 186 cm x 19 cm of engineered wooden flooring (i.e. they click together like laminate flooring). Real wood. Enough to cover around 1.7 square metres (so a small porch or similar).
