Pine mantle fireplace surround (Walnut Creek)

Last call: This item is going to ReStore Wed. Sept. 23. If they don't take it, it's off to the dump.

This is a large fireplace mantle and surround. I think a competent carpenter could cut it down from the center.

Measurements:
Mantle is 78" long x 53" tall
The wall piece below the mantle which overhangs is 68" wide
Fireplace opening is 48' long x 34.25" (tall)

The color in the photo is accurate. The finish has yellowed over time.
This could easily be painted.

This piece is in storage in Walnut Creek, so we'll have to coordinate if there's any interest.
