I'm clearing out my kitchen closets, and have decided that this can go – I rarely consult it any more.
(In fact, I rarely consult ANY recipe book any more – it's quicker and more effective to look things up online.)
This large soft-cover book is "well loved" – its spine is a bit battered, and the most-used pages have some stains on them (not to mention various annotations). But those things add character, right?!
Over 300 pages of tried and true recipes, published in 1981.
