Penetrating Oil / GT85 (Mapperly NG3)

Hi, would anyone have a bit of spare or the end of a can of Penetrating Oil like GT85 or similar. NOT WD-40.
I'm trying to fix my car, I need some penetrating Oil but I'm skint and litterally penny less to buy any.
