Request: Caravan Wheel Clamp or Hitch Lock (Mapperly NG3) Expired Hi, would anyone have a spare Wheel Clamp or Hitch Lock for a caravan please. I'm collecting a caravan today for a friend to live in, he has recently become homeless due to astronomical rent increases. A kind gentleman is donating his old caravan so he has somewhere to stay while he gets back on his feet. Looking for any kind of security device(s) to help secure it if anyone has anything that would help. If anyone has anything else that would help him make life in the caravan more comfortable, from blankets, camping heater, rechargeable light, part bottle or end of bottle of propane calor gas etc, anything that might help is appreciated. Request: Headphones - any type or style (Mapperly NG3) Received Hi, has anyone got any spare Headphones please. My friend is in hospital (QMC), trying to get him some headphones so he's able to listen to the radio and watch the odd film on his phone without disturbing other patients on his ward. Ideally the over the head type would suit him best as I think he'd get on with them easiest, but any type would be appreciated. Wired ones are good to conserve his battery, but wireless /Bluetooth ones are good to. Absolutely any type would be fantastic and appreciated, they don't have to be anything fancy or modern, any headphones would do the job. I'm in the Mapperly /Sherwood /Carrington / Forest Fields NG3 /NG5 /NG7 area, or can get any where around there or near the city centre or Lenton /QMC areas to collect. Thanks In Advance

Request: Wood Burner /Stove Fan (Mapperly NG3) Expired Hi everyone Would anyone have a spare or redundant Wood Burner / Stove Fan please. My friend lives in his caravan and has a Wood burner for heating. I'm trying to find him a Stove Fan to help circulate the heat around the caravan better. Request: Long Curtains / material & Underlay (Mapperly NG3) Expired Hi everyone I'm looking for some long curtains or material for my friends caravan please. It's so he can divide the space making it easier to heat the smaller space and contain the heat. Wide or long lengths of material or a lightweight throw or wall hanging that we can repurpose into some dividing curtains. It doesn't have to be pretty to do the job and keep him warm, so anything is appreciated. Ideally the curtains or material need to be light and not to heavy so they are easier to hang in the caravan. Request: Solar/ lights/battery/caravan lock (Mapperly NG3) Expired Hi everyone, some of you might remember my request a couple of months back looking for a caravan for my friend who has been living in one, but it's damp, old and basically uninhabitable. Fingers crossed, hopefully on Tuesday we are finally picking a replacement caravan for him. Nothing special, but it's a million times better, dry, habitable, more modern, won't make him I'll and hopefully the oven etc will all work for him. I'm looking for a few bits to help him. It had all my bike lights, indicators, mudguards and tool bag etc attached when it got stolen. I've just managed to get a cheap replacement bike. I use my bike alot as my main transport, cycling on the roads and at night alot. So I always make sure I have decent lights so I can be safe and be seen by other traffic on the road. Request: Caravan (Mapperly NG3) Expired Hi everyone My good friend lives in a caravan that I acquired for him when he was suddenly made homeless. His landlord kicked everyone out so he could rent them out for more money. The caravan is ancient with old glass windows, no proper electrics & no gas as it's unsafe, so no cooker, fridge or heat. No lights or ability to charge his phone. The front window was broken, then recently some kids put bricks through 2 others. It's barely fit for purpose, the damp and cold issues during the winter were deadly and started to affect his health. It really wasn't nice for him during the winter, but it was better than sofa surfing and sleeping outdoors in a tent. At the moment it's habitable because it's been dry. If anyone can help him and has or sees a caravan been given away in the Nottingham or surrounding area, could you drop me a message please. It's doesn't need to be anything special, just dry and modern enough that it has bubble windows. Doesn't need to be a particularly good tow, won't be moving about much, if at all. Ideally I want to find him something before the end of summer and the weather turns wet. Obviously, sooner the better. Any help will be fantastic and well appreciated and would really be helping someone out. Thanks In Advance
