Request: Wood Burner /Stove Fan (Mapperly NG3) Hi everyone Would anyone have a spare or redundant Wood Burner / Stove Fan please. My friend lives in his caravan and has a Wood burner for heating. I'm trying to find him a Stove Fan to help circulate the heat around the caravan better. The burner is at the opposite end of the caravan to the bed and main living area and the temperature difference is quite noticeable. Thanks In Advance

Request: Long Curtains / material & Underlay (Mapperly NG3) Expired Hi everyone I'm looking for some long curtains or material for my friends caravan please. It's so he can divide the space making it easier to heat the smaller space and contain the heat. Wide or long lengths of material or a lightweight throw or wall hanging that we can repurpose into some dividing curtains. It doesn't have to be pretty to do the job and keep him warm, so anything is appreciated. Ideally the curtains or material need to be light and not to heavy so they are easier to hang in the caravan. Also looking for a bit of carpet underlay for the floor if anyone has any odd bits left over please. Thanks In Advance Everyone

Request: Insulation foam/foil /sound roll (Mapperly NG3) Expired Hi everyone Looking for some insulation. I'm looking for the kind of thermal insulation that would come in a roll or small or flexible sheets, like, foam insulation or the foil bubble thermal type or the sound proofing insulation sometimes used for campers, anything really that comes on a roll or small sheets. If anyone would have any spare, leftover or surplus bits going spare please, Any bits or lengths are appreciated. Also looking a bit of carpet or laminate underlay, only need enough of that for a caravan floor. Thanks In Advance

Request: Solar/ lights/battery/caravan lock (Mapperly NG3) Expired Hi everyone, some of you might remember my request a couple of months back looking for a caravan for my friend who has been living in one, but it's damp, old and basically uninhabitable. Fingers crossed, hopefully on Tuesday we are finally picking a replacement caravan for him. Nothing special, but it's a million times better, dry, habitable, more modern, won't make him I'll and hopefully the oven etc will all work for him. I'm looking for a few bits to help him. Wheel clamp /hitch lock any kind of caravan security Solar panel - anything, small usb to 12v Solar lights or usb / rechargeable lights Car / leisure battery USB type Battery bank Bioethanol table burner/heater!!! Any old, spare, almost empty or part full bottles of calour gas for a caravan A clasp lock and padlock to add a stronger lock to the door. Or any essentials along those lines you think might help

Request: MTB /Bicycle MUDGUARDS (Mapperly NG3) Expired Hi, would anyone have any spare bicycle mudguards please. Front and Rear. Suitable for a Mountain bike with 26 inch wheels. Pretty standard size. Anything is appreciated. I commute alot on my bike so really really need some mudguards as the spray from the wet roads ends up spraying in my face. Request: Bike lights / mudguards (Mapperly NG3) Expired Hi. Would anyone have any spare bike lights or mudguards or possibly a pannier rack please. I recently had my bike stolen. It had all my bike lights, indicators, mudguards and tool bag etc attached when it got stolen. I've just managed to get a cheap replacement bike. I use my bike alot as my main transport, cycling on the roads and at night alot. So I always make sure I have decent lights so I can be safe and be seen by other traffic on the road. Request: Caravan (Mapperly NG3) Expired Hi everyone My good friend lives in a caravan that I acquired for him when he was suddenly made homeless. His landlord kicked everyone out so he could rent them out for more money. The caravan is ancient with old glass windows, no proper electrics & no gas as it's unsafe, so no cooker, fridge or heat. No lights or ability to charge his phone. The front window was broken, then recently some kids put bricks through 2 others. It's barely fit for purpose, the damp and cold issues during the winter were deadly and started to affect his health. It really wasn't nice for him during the winter, but it was better than sofa surfing and sleeping outdoors in a tent. At the moment it's habitable because it's been dry. If anyone can help him and has or sees a caravan been given away in the Nottingham or surrounding area, could you drop me a message please. It's doesn't need to be anything special, just dry and modern enough that it has bubble windows. Doesn't need to be a particularly good tow, won't be moving about much, if at all. Ideally I want to find him something before the end of summer and the weather turns wet. Obviously, sooner the better. Any help will be fantastic and well appreciated and would really be helping someone out. Thanks In Advance

Request: Bike Pannier Rack (Sherwood NG5) Expired Hi, would anyone have an old or spare Pannier Rack for a bike they don't use anymore please. My bike has 26 inch wheels so pretty standard size and fit for most pannier racks I believe. Any type of fitting, bolt on or quick release. Request: Bosch strimmer spool - Easytrim/Art (Sherwood NG5) Expired Ayup everyone, I know it's a long shot but would anyone have a spare strimmer spool for a BOSCH STRIMMER please, Model - ART 23/26 Easytrim (Pro Tap Spool) I'm in the middle of sorting my friends garden for her and her daughter so they can use and enjoy it. It's hugely overgrown (hasn't been touched since last year?) so the strimmer is essential as the grass is 3-4ft long in places, unfortunately, a bit of plastic has snapped off the spool so it flies off the strimmer almost straight away. Request: Manhole Cover 18"x24" / 46x63cm (Sherwood NG5) Expired Hi would anyone have a spare Manhole /Drain Cover please. Rectangular 18x24 inch /46x63cm which is a standard size for rectangular manhole covers. The one in the pictures is located at the bottom of the steps leading to my friends front door, her and her daughter have to cross it daily. As seen, it has a big hole and a crack all the way through. It's very loose and Quite dangerous. Looks like someone could go through if stepped on the wrong bit. Trying to find a replacement for them before someone has an accident. Currently it's a cast iron cover, but any material type would be appreciated. Thanks In Advance

Request: Garden Strimmer & Hedge Trimmers (Mapperly NG3) Expired Hi, would anyone have a garden strimmer they don't use anymore please. Electric or Petrol. Also in need of some hedge trimmers please, ideally electric but even hand shears would be a great help, I need to sort my friends extremely over grown jungle garden so her and her daughter can use it. It's not been tackled since last year so I need to strim it all back to start with. One hedge needs at least 4-6 feet of width cutting back it's that over grown, as well as the top trimming. My friend has no electricity at his flat, I'm trying to find him some batteries for his radio so he has something to listen to until he's able to buy some electricity. Ideally in the NG7 area or close by. He's near and in between Radford Road, near selco / McDonald's end and Nottingham Road near Sainsbury's and Stadium Leisure.
