It comes with box and everything. Has no punctures (holds water). The issue is the heating element is not working, probably the connection between the heater and the hot tub isn’t good. It might be fixed by a truly flat surface (ours was a bit uneven). The estimate for getting it fixed was $199 which is way less than the tub.
