Carbon monoxide alarm (Near Addenbrookes CB1)

Kidde carbon monoxide alarm in working order, ideal from autumn onwards to warn of carbon monoxide escape in homes with gas boilers, gas fires, wood-burning stoves etc. Recommended by Which? as a Best Buy, bought from new 3 years ago but no longer needed as household no longer has gas.

Can be positioned free-standing or can be mounted to a wall and provided complete with box, batteries, instructions, wall-mounting plate, screws and wall fixings.

Can save lives provided that the instructions are followed and that the unit is tested regularly. Model no. is Kidde 2030-DCR, bought in October 2023. Designed to last at least 10 years after which it will generate a message advising replacement (approx. October 2033).
