Free: HP Officejet all-in-one printer (Near Addenbrookes CB1) HP Officejet Pro 8620 All-in-One colour inkjet printer, bought from new 10 years ago. Print head has dried out and needs replacing however the printer will still print tolerably well so long as the built-in ‘cleaning’ function is used before printing. The printer is also fully functional for scanning, has a 4.3 inch colour touchscreen and will also copy and fax. With a built-in 50-sheet document feeder it can also print double-sided. Supplied with mains cable, a set of compatible cartridges and an unused black ink cartridge (compatible, still in original packaging). Supports W-Fi and Apple Air-Print and prints wirelessly from PC’s, Macs and mobile phones and has sockets for printer cable, ethernet etc. User Guide (pdf 268-page electronic) can be uploaded if required. Free: Wooden planter for herbs/flowers (Near Addenbrookes CB1) Gifted Wooden planter, suitable for growing flowers or herbs outdoors, Tom Chambers brand, good quality, never used, length 57 cm, width 28 cm, height 23 cm. Quite heavy so bear in mind when collecting. Also nine reusable black fabric bags with handles, good quality ‘Simboom’ brand, strong bags, diameter 38 cm, height 38 cm. Can be used for growing flowers, tomatoes etc. outdoors instead of growing in pots and compact and light in weight for storage over-winter. Could also be used to store things in, for example in a garage where they could be hung up via the strong handles. These bags have been used for growing tomatoes in and may need light cleaning but are perfectly usable. Also two plastic plant pots. Free: Ninja 3.8 L Air Fryer (Near Addenbrookes CB1) Gifted Ninja Foodi Max Health Grill & Air Fryer 3.8 L Grey/Silver, Model AG551UKDB, now costs around £300, bought in 2022 but no longer needed so has been in storage. Complete with food thermometer, tray, Quick-Start guide and recipe book. Usable immediately although may benefit from some cleaning. Be aware that for transporting it is quite heavy (approx. 9 kg). The wood is of good quality, could be dismantled further and used for general construction activities or could be used as firewood, although take care in current dry weather conditions. Free: BT corded telephone and accessories (Near Addenbrookes) Expired BT Decor 2200 landline telephone complete with instructions, has nice large buttons. Bought from new in 2015 but no longer needed. Uses 4 x ‘AA’ batteries (not included) for full functionality. Worked for several years when connected to a modern fibre optic broadband router via a wall socket and extension lead but for some reason doesn’t seem to work when connected to the router directly. Should work fine with older ADSL systems or will connect to BT-type socket for copper landline. Also included are various BT-type sockets and ADSL connector which are no longer needed, see photos. Free: Computer keyboard and power supply (Near Addenbrookes) Gifted Microsoft Surface Pro 4 backlit keyboard (also called a Type Cover), colour = Teal, bought from new in 2016 for £109.99. Will only fit a Microsoft Surface Pro 4 laptop computer manufactured around the same period. The Surface Pro 4 converts from a laptop to a tablet by removing the keyboard. Also available is the power supply which plugs into the laptop’s Surface Connect port. Prefer someone who will take both items but will split if necessary. These items might suit someone who has lost or damaged the originals or who never had a keyboard but please note that the laptop itself has been disposed of and is therefore not available. Free: Hozelock Sensor Controller Plus (Near Addenbrookes) Gifted Hozelock Sensor Controller Plus for automated watering of garden pots / plants, model 2214. Bought from new in May 2023 for £46 but no longer needed as we have replaced it with a timer that works in a garage (the Hozelock needs daylight to switch on / off so is not suitable for a garage). Supplied with instructions and original box but needs 2 x AA batteries (not included). Also not included are microbore accessories which would need to be bought separately for example Hozelock Micro Kit, model no. 7024.
