Chocolate sprinkler for coffee (?) (Monks Hill CR2)

I assume this is what it is. I unearthed this after a clear out, it is in good condition. I am unlikely to be using it so if you would like it to enhance your coffee or that of your guests, please collect soon, otherwise it goes to a charity shop.
