wood top patio bench (Big Timber & Randall Rd, Elgin)

I have this bench my dad made long time ago. The top is now starting to decay & we wanted to restore it. It still is strong and works great, but now we quit sitting outside on the patio bcuz now my husband is wheelchair bound & we dont use it any more. My other family members dont have room (no patio or porch) & I didnt want to burn it. soooo I was hoping someone could use this & is willing to replace the wooden top boards, so my dad can still look down & see that it is still being used even after he is gone.
