Boating gear size 14 for volunteers (West Hove BN3)

I volunteer with a local cadet corps, and will be boating and sailing training over the winter to get ready for supporting and teaching cadets next year.

I have no boating clothing and am on a very tight budget. I wondered it anyone had anything that they no longer use? I would be very grateful. I have a wetsuit and bootees and can borrow gloves but don't have anything suitable that is warm or waterproof.
