2 Kg of green figs for pickling or jamming (Bernards Heath AL1)
It takes quite bit of effort but produces a taste speciality that you can't buy. Sounds like the sort of thing Freeglers might like to try. Washed and dried but can't fit in my fridge so won't keep forever.
