They test the levels of Chlorine (free and total), acidity, alkalinity, hardness and Cyanuric acid.

Free: Steam inhaler (Bernards Heath AL1) Gifted Tried once and doesn't work for me, but I don't use inhalants and just need very hot steam. It might work for you. You can use boiling water to sterilise and reshape the mask.

Free: Scalextric 400 race car set - both cars tested and working (Bernards Heath AL1) Gifted Large (about 260 x 80 cms) race track loop with two cars, banked 180 degree corner, flat 180+ degree corner, chicane, starting grid, track supports to make a crossover and lots of crash barriers and flags for the corners. Tested and works. I made a video but Freegle won't load it. The box is a bit torn.

Free: Indesit CH01M chest freezer - elderly but working (Bernards Heath AL1) Expired Dimensions are 112x86x68 cms (LxHxW). It was originally installed on 17th July 2014, so it's pretty old. It is still working and holding a freezer temperature, but has started rattling a bit so I am not willing to trust it for long term storage of large quantities of produce. However, you may be able to fix it or trust the rattle, which may be just a loose pipe, or want to use it to freeze stuff down rather than long term storage. I have to load it into my car to take it to the recycling depot anyway, so I will bring it to you within a few miles radius of St Albans. You might prefer to come and help me load and unload it if you want to avoid it being damaged in transit, as I am single-handed. It is defrosting at the moment and will be dry.

Free: Extending net curtain rail, including hooks - 180 to 320cms (Bernards Heath AL1) Gifted It nominally can extend to 320cms, but when I used it in a 240cm window it kept twisting and dropping off the hooks. It could be because the hooks were only screwed into plaster and could twist, or it could be my nets are too heavy. It will probably still be OK for 200 or so, especially if the hooks are screwed into wood or somehow prevented from twisting round, or longer if supported in the middle. All my other window nets use them, but in smaller windows. The skinny end has some small kinks in it (see photo), which you could perhaps bend out or reinforce to restore full strength.
