Hello,
Can anyone make use of a dozen or so unplayable CDs and DVDs (they're either bootlegs from somewhere, obsolete software or won't play when you put them in a player)?
I've heard of people using them as bird scarers in gardens and allotments, but I'll bet they have other uses too.
